You'll read AI-generated conversations and rate them for accuracy, tone, and helpfulness — basically judging a talent show where the contestants are chatbots. Your ratings directly shape how future AI models respond. Most projects involve comparing two or three answers side-by-side and explaining, in writing, why one beats the others.

What you need

Strong reading comprehension, sound judgment, and comfort giving clear, written feedback on why one answer beats another. You should already be a regular user of tools like ChatGPT or Claude.

Nice to have

A background in writing, editing, teaching, or customer service — anywhere you've had to explain "why" clearly.
