You'll tag, sort, and label text, images, or data so AI models learn to recognize patterns correctly. It's detail work — repetitive in the best way — the kind where a sharp eye and a steady hand pay off. Most tasks are short, batched, and reviewed against a style guide.

What you need

Native or fluent English, a reliable computer and internet connection, and the patience to follow detailed style guides to the letter. No AI background required — we'll train you on the tools.

Nice to have

Any background in QA, proofreading, transcription, or research — anywhere that's made you comfortable with rules and detail.
