The gig
You'll write and evaluate creative fiction, dialogue, and narrative content, judging AI-generated stories for voice, structure, and originality — teaching the model what good writing actually feels like. Projects include short stories, dialogue, character sketches, and structural critique.
What you need
Strong creative writing skills and a good eye for pacing, voice, and structure. You should be able to explain what makes a piece of writing work — or not.
Nice to have
An MFA, published work, or experience as a writer, editor, or writing instructor.
