The gig
You'll craft prompts and model-quality "ideal" responses that AI systems learn from — part creative writer, part instructional designer. The better you write, the smarter the model gets. Projects range from short "write a great customer support reply" briefs to long-form technical explanations.
What you need
Excellent, polished writing skills across styles and tones, and the ability to follow detailed creative and formatting briefs precisely.
Nice to have
A background in copywriting, content strategy, journalism, or creative writing.
