Scale coding evaluation capacity by 40 senior-tier contractors within 90 days, with sustained quality scores above 0.91 across the engagement. Python + Rust + JS. Senior or near-senior tier on at least one existing platform required.
The approach
We surfaced 87 candidates from our talent network with verifiable senior-tier scores. Pre-screened to 52 against the client's specific rubric. Client interviewed 52, accepted 40. We handled onboarding, contractor agreements, and time-tracking infrastructure. Onsite engagement managers handled weekly quality check-ins.
The outcome
40 contractors placed in 84 days (under target). 94% retained quality scores above 0.91 across the engagement. Client extended 24 of 40 contractors into Q2 2026.
